Learning from the inside out.

Professional development for helpers, Therapists, and Clinicians

Traditional professional development is a passive “sit-and-get, top-down” model.
I like to do things differently.

Learn by doing.

My specialty is experiential group learning. For over 20 years, I have loved taking complex information, synthesizing it into understandable material, and delivering it in a dynamic and engaging manner as a public speaker, trainer, group leader, and workshop presenter.

Private Practice Group

As a private practice therapist, it is not unusual to struggle with feelings of isolation, self-doubt, frustration, fear, envy, or burnout.

The focus of this 6-week online group is to have a supportive, confidential space to:

  • Identify the limiting beliefs or fears that get in the way of creating your ideal private practice.

  • Pinpoint unhelpful behaviors that sabotage your professional ambitions.

  • Explore how your history and mindset impact your private practice finances.

  • Increase self-compassion and energize your professional focus.
